Indestructibone chew toys are different than anything your dog has ever tried. So we ask that you give it a chance. Sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks for your dog to take to it. Make sure you give your dog praise for chewing on it instead of your furniture or shoes. Also, do not forget that those holes on each end are for treats. Stick type treats work well and there are a number of them that fit perfectly in the holes. However, if after a couple weeks your dog just doesn’t like it don’t worry! You have 30 days to contact us from the date you received your Indestructibone order.

90- Day – 1 Time Replacement Guarantee

We all know that nothing lasts forever, however, we know that our Indestructibone™ lasts a long, long time. That is why we stand behind what we make with our 90-day, one-time replacement guarantee. If your dog destroys an Indestructibone™ within 90 days of the date you received it, we will replace it once for free!  

      What do we consider destroyed?

      If your dog has managed to chew a Super Max or Mega Max down from 12” to 7” within 90 days – contact us for a free replacement.

      If your dog has managed to chew an XL Plus or Smooshy Face down from 8” to 5” within 90 days – contact us for a free replacement.

      If your dog has managed to chew an XL, Original, or Mini down from 6” to 4” within 90 days – contact us for a free replacement.

      Contact us by email, on Facebook or Instagram. Please send a photo of the Indestructibone next to a tape measure or a ruler along with your order number and name. (Also a photo if your dog qualifies for our Bad to the Bone Hall of Fame). If you purchased it from one of our retailers, we will need a photo of your original receipt as well.

      We will send out a replacement within 7 days. You don’t have to pay to return it or pay for any shipping. The replacement is completely free.  We may require that the Indestructibone be returned, if so, we will pay for postage.

*    The Indestructibone™ may not have been altered in any way and must have been damaged by your dog, not a hammer, chisel, jackhammer, commercial steamroller, hydrochloric acid or any other artificial means.
